Ingredients:
- McCain Mix Veg
- 800 grams of beef stew meat
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic and ginger oil
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 – 3 cups beef stock
- 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 potatoes cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley
Directions:

Total Time: +90 minutes
- In a large pot on medium heat, add the onions and allow to fry for about 5 minutes before adding the garlic and ginger.
- Add in the beef and fry until browned.
- Add the chili powder, mixed herbs, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add in the tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes before adding in the stock.
- Allow to cook for 40 minutes, making sure the water is enough – add more if needed.
- Once the beef has started to soften add the mix veg and potatoes.
- Cook for a further 20 – 25 minutes until the potatoes have softened.
